Spurs secure Coca Cola Cup final spot

Cape Town Spurs have booked their spot in the 2025 SAFA Cape Town Coca Cola Amateur Cup final. 

The Urban Warriors overcame Ubuntu Football Academy in the semi-final at the Stephen Reagan Sports Complex, Westridge, Mitchells Plains, on October 5.

The match ended in a 1-1 stalemate and Spurs went on to emerge as 4-2 winners on penalties, which earned the team a spot in the final of the under-18 boys tournament.

The final will see Spurs locking horns with Everton FC, who booked their place in this stage for the first time after securing a 4-2 victory over Valhalla United in the semi-finals.

Spurs and Everton are scheduled to meet at the 2010 FIFA World Cup training venue, Athlone Stadium, on October 18.
