Spurs Sign Off Hollywoodbets MRL Season in Style

Cape Town Spurs produced a dominant display to thrash Young Mens Own FC in their final Hollywoodbets Regional League match of the season.

The Young Warriors ended their maiden campaign on a high, netting six goals against YMO to cap off a memorable debut season with an emphatic 6-1 win.

Goals came from Novey Davids, Inam Kewana, Likhona Fatyela, Fagan van der Vint and a brace from Bakhe “Bak’s” Sopaga at Downberg, in Hanover Park

The clinical finishing and attacking flair on show highlighted the attacking talent coming through the Spurs pathway.

Despite the emphatic victory, the Young Warriors finished the season in a respectable 8th position on the Hollywoodbets MRL standings.

This strong finish will give the club and its young stars plenty of confidence heading into the next campaign.
