Spurs victorious against Casric Stars!

Cape Town Spurs won their Motsepe Foundation Championship clash against Casric Stars 1-0 at the Athlone Stadium on Friday evening.

The match started off easily balanced, with both teams battling for possession and to open the scoring. The first half ended goalless.

As the match resumed for the second stanza, the Urban Warriors took the lead in the 52nd minute through Therlo Moosa, who opened the scoring. 

In the 89th minute, Casric Stars received a red card and finished the match with 10 men. Spurs won all three points in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
