Middendorp to lead Spurs for the first time
Upon the resumption of local football, coach Ernst Middendorp will take to the Cape Town Spurs technical area for the first time this weekend when the Urban Warriors host Royal AM in the DStv Premiership on Saturday evening.
As we look to kick-start our 2023/24 campaign, fans at the DHL Stadium will welcome a new face to the Urban Warriors coaching fold, as Middendorp marks his return to South African football.
Royal AM are currently 14th on the league table, while Spurs aim to bag their second win in the 23/24 DStv Premiership season at the popular sports stadium.
The fixture against Royal AM marks one of two consecutive ties at the DHL Stadium, with the Urban Warriors scheduled to face Stellenbosch on Tuesday, the 28th of November.
