Vasili Manousakis is a seasoned football coach with extensive experience in South African football. He began his coaching career with Ajax Cape Town’s U/19 team, working alongside Duncan Crowie. 

In 2017, he joined Cape Town City FC as an assistant coach to Benni McCarthy, contributing to the team’s competitive performances in the Premier Soccer League. 

Following his tenure at Cape Town City, Manousakis continued his partnership with McCarthy at AmaZulu FC, where they achieved notable success. He later took on the role of co-coach at Richards Bay FC. 

In October 2023, Manousakis was appointed as the assistant coach of Cape Town Spurs, bringing his wealth of experience and tactical acumen to the club’s technical team.
