Spurs’ Final Salute: Urban Warriors Face Hanover

Cape Town Spurs will conclude their 2025/26 ABC Motsepe League Western Cape Stream A campaign on Tuesday.

Kick-off is at 19h30.

The Urban Warriors will play away against a high-flying Hanover Park side at the Downberg Road Sports Complex, located in the southeast of Cape Town’s city centre.

Spurs head into the match in fourth place with 40 points from 23 games, following a tough 3-0 defeat to league leaders Hope FC last week, which ended their title ambitions.

Coach Nasief Morris’ side can still finish as high as third in the standings if they overcome Hanover Park and third-placed FN Rangers drop points away at Seapoint Swifts on the same day.

Spurs will also be determined to spoil the title hopes of second-placed Hanover Park, who sit on 48 points and trail leaders Hope FC by just two points, in what promises to be a competitive and passionate local derby clash.

With pride and a strong season finish in sight, the Urban Warriors will aim to deliver a positive performance on the final matchday.
