Spurs September ABC Motsepe League fixtures confirmed

With the 2026/27 ABC Motsepe League campaign on the horizon, here’s a look at the Cape Town Spurs fixture list for September.

The Urban Warriors will once again hope to compete at the high end of the table this season as Roger De Sa and his charges seek another shot at promotion to the Motsepe Foundation Championship.

Spurs will commence the season against Seaside Spurs in a clash that will take place at the Ocean View Sports Complex this coming Friday.

De Sa and company will then turn their attention to Saxon Rovers in their second league tie at Ikamva on 19 September, a game that will also mark the club’s first home game of the season.  

Saxon acquired Vasco da Gama’s status in South Africa’s third-tier ahead of the season; the former is an old rival to the Urban Warriors.
