Jody February prepared for every outcome

Ajax Cape Town returned to training this week with the club hoping to be reinstated back to 15th position on the Absa Premiership log standings.

The Urban Warriors returned to court today in Johannesburg where they are currently reviewing the decision of arbitrator, Advocate William Mokhare. Ajax Cape Town were docked seven points and duly relegated from South Africa’s top division last month due to the on-going #NdoroSaga

Despite the uncertainty that surrounds both the players and staff at Ikamva, goalkeeper Jody February remains positive.
“It was a very short off season, but it was good to get away for a bit with friends and family,” said February. “That said it’s good to be back in training as well.

“It is nice to see everyone back and there is a good spirit in the camp as always.

“In this case we all need to stick together because the outcome can go for us or against us and we need to prepare for both,” February concluded.

Ajax Cape Town will be back in training on Friday morning with the First Team squad having enjoyed the day off on Thursday.
