Spurs complete the signing of Kennedy Amutenya

Cape Town Spurs has completed the signing of centre-back Kennedy Amutenya.

The Namibian, who celebrated his 26th birthday in July, previously donned the colours of Windhoek-based club Tigers FC and Gaborone United.

“This is a great opportunity, a big step because South Africa is one of the countries with one of the biggest football platforms,” said Amutenya on his arrival at Ikamva.

“I am grateful that Spurs has chosen me to showcase my talent here. I am here to do the best with this opportunity, I am honoured to be here and will do my best to help the team,” he added.

Amutenya is the club’s 10th signing of the transfer window following the acquisition of Jarrod Moroole, Colin Ryan, Moisés Pedro Amor, Bevan Fransman, Gregory Damons, Eyona Ndondo, Reggy Zondi, Diassonama Francisco Panzo Bunga and Zama Dlamini.
