Monosi Movements today announced a partnership with Cape Town Spurs F.C., a South African professional football club, in the Premier Soccer League.

Monosi Movements is a budding sneaker brand, conceptualized and created by a young South African, not to dissimilar to the young talent seen at Ikamva every day, full of energy and creativity.

The local brand provides unique and funky sneakers to the South African market as well as the SADC region.

Alexi Efstathiou, CEO of Cape Town Spurs was visibly excited with their latest partnership announcement:

“Discussions with our latest partnership first took place in April of this year when our team looked in a good position to claim promotion to the PSL.

When the opportunity arose to team up with Monosi Kotsoe, an up-and-coming startup entrepreneur from Mabopane, Pretoria, it was a no brainer for us. 

Monosi’s passion was in clear view the first time we met!

These sneakers are different and unique, while at the same time, ooze of class & taste. “

Monosi Kotsoe , who was present at the launch of the partnership in Cape Town today, was beaming with pride.

“Monosi Movements and Cape Town Spurs F.C. have entered a mutually beneficial relationship,” Monosi mentioned on the exciting new collab.

“This partnership allows for Monosi Movements to be the sneaker supplier to the first team of Cape Town Spurs F.C. This move not only boosts the belief in Cape Town Spurs F.C. in supporting and nourishing young talent, but it also gives Monosi Movements great exposure to the sporting fraternity at large.

The deal, entered between the parties, will see Monosi Movements and Cape Town Spurs F.C collaborate and inspire each other in some of the new designs that are already on the concept board. “We would like to welcome Monosi and his team to our club!
