Next up, short break before Kruger test

With the international break upon us, domestic football will be on hold for the next two weeks while Cape Town Spurs plot to kick start their campaign against Kruger United later this month.

The Urban Warriors ended the latest game week in morale boosting fashion after bagging a crucial 2-0 win against Baroka FC at the Global Stadium last Friday.

Led by the exploits of Therlo Moosa, the goal driven forward scored a brace against Baroka, as he took his tally to nine goals in his last 10 matches.

Cape Town Spurs will face Kruger United in their next Motsepe Foundation Championship encounter, with the game set to take place at Athlone Stadium on the 29th of March.

The Warriors suffered a 1-0 loss against Kruger United last time out and will hope to go one better on home soil in just under two weeks’ time.
