Raymond “hacks” into Velebayi case
Behold, the legal genius, Mr. Raymond Hack!
He’s gracing us with his profound insights on a case headed for appeal, despite openly admitting he hasn’t bothered to glance at any of the relevant documents.
According to the same rules that he refers to (rule 43) in the NSL handbook, somehow Mr Hack fails to explain in as much detail as he did with rule 43, rule – 24.4. – “An appeal against an order of the Disciplinary Committee will not suspend the operation of that order pending the finalization of any appeal or arbitration in respect of that order. An appeal against an order of the Dispute Resolution Chamber will suspend the operation of that order pending the finalization of any appeal or arbitration.”
A true master of jurisprudence, he also confesses to being utterly clueless about the player’s contract or the handbook that he signed as he admits he has seen none of the papers
Yet, with unparalleled confidence, he deems himself perfectly qualified to pontificate on a podcast, sharing his unfiltered, uninformed thoughts with the public. And for the grand finale, he acknowledges that Cape Town Spurs F.C. is beyond the PSL’s jurisdiction, but, naturally, they must still slavishly adhere to PSL rules! A logic so impeccable, it could only come from a mind as sharp as Mr. Hack’s.
One also has to wonder about the impeccable ethics of Mr. Hack, who, as a sitting chairman of the PSL DRC, feels it entirely appropriate to publicly comment on a case that’s about to go on appeal. Especially when there’s other players’ cases, on the same matters, one pending an outcome, another to be heard on August 25th, 2025, and yet another with a date still to be confirmed.
Indeed, Mr. Hack himself could very well be presiding over one of these cases! Such a delicate balance of roles, truly inspiring.
You simply must share your thoughts on this matter. CREDIT : SOCCER BEAT – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tr3I8H6diR4
