Elsa storms into Ikamva

Renowned Fitness Trainer Elsa Storm has joined Ajax Cape Town.

Storm, who previously worked as both a Fitness and Conditioning Coach at fellow Absa Premiership clubs Kaizer Chiefs, Golden Arrows, Mpumalanga Black Aces and Orlando Pirates will put our Premier Soccer League (PSL) squad through their paces over the next couple of weeks.

The Urban Warriors only return to league action on the 3rd of April, with our clash away to AmaZulu the start of a critical period as we aim to climb up the log standings.

Games against Bidvest Wits, Chippa United, Baroka FC and Mamelodi Sundowns will follow before our final game of the campaign – at home to Kaizer Chiefs on the 12th of May.
