Young Ajax arrive in Terborg

Ajax Cape Town touched down in Terborg, the Netherlands on Wednesday midday ahead the 2018 Terborg Toernooi this coming weekend.

The Urban Warriors will be aiming to emulate the success achieved by the club 12 months ago when Leo Thethani and Co reached the final.

Young Ajax will take on Club Brugge (Belgium), De Graafschap (Netherlands) and Palmeiras (Brazil) in the group stages (JAWS Groep) of the tournament with Atletico Paranaense, Tottenham Hotspur, FC Midtjylland and SC Heerenveen to battle it out in the Van Egmond Groep.

The top two teams from each group will advance to the semifinals with the showpiece to take place on Sunday.

Young Ajax kick-off their quest for silverware on Friday evening with a clash against Club Brugge at 19h00 CAT.
