Vasili Manousakis departs Cape Town Spurs

Cape Town Spurs FC and assistant coach Vasili Manousakis have decided to part ways.

Manousakis joined Cape Town Spurs in October 2023 and contributed to the club’s DStv Premiership (now Betway Premiership) campaign, as well as their current Motsepe Foundation Championship season.

The seasoned coach started his career in the youth system of Ajax Cape Town alongside Duncan Crowie, and also worked for the likes of Cape Town City FC, AmaZulu FC and Richards Bay FC.

Vasili’s request to join the Kenya National team was granted by Spurs and has the blessing of all at the club.

The club thanks Vasili Manousakis for his massive contribution, and wishes him much success on his new journey.
