Spurs eyeing Casric next in MFC outing
Cape Town Spurs will look to continue their scintillating form in the Motsepe Foundation Championship when they lock horns with Casric Stars at the Solomon Mahlangu Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Kick-off is at 15h00 CAT.
The Urban Warriors are coming off the back of a thumping 4-0 win over Pretoria Callies, and have moved up the table to 13th place.
The team will seek to climb even higher up the table as Casric are fifth, however, the side has not managed to win their last two games in the National First Division.
CEO Alexi Efstathiou has shown confidence in coach Ernst Middendorp’s ability to lead the team, and spoke to KickOff.com stating:
“We are working with a plan, and we must stick to it.”
