Spurs collect crucial point away from home in KwaMhlanga

Cape Town Spurs held Casric Stars to a goalless draw at the Solomon Mahlangu Stadium in the Motsepe Foundation Championship on Saturday afternoon.

The Urban Warriors fought to try and get all three points, but a competitive afternoon in KwaMhlanga did not give them much room to get on the scoresheet.

Coming off the back of a resounding 4-0 victory at home against Pretoria Callies, the Urban Warriors collected another crucial point away from home.

Spurs have now extended their unbeaten run in the MFC to five games, and have taken another step closer to safety in the National First Division.
