Urban Warriors pay tribute to the fans

Cape Town Spurs are launching a new initiative aimed at our amazing fans as the club is dedicating the No.12 jersey to you to signify as our first signing of the season.

Supporters have been absent from the stands for far too long and the time has come to get behind the team once more as we look to make a concerted effort to gain promotion to the DStv Premiership this coming campaign.

The new jersey for 2022/23 is available for pre-order now and all fans who buy the shirt with the No.12 on the back will be granted free access to all Spurs’ home matches.

Urban Warriors fans can personalise this jersey by putting your name on the back, along with the No.12 which will serve as your season ticket.

“To all Cape Town Spurs Warriors, I’m so excited with the new season that is coming upon us. This new season we have the most important signing that we are making – you, the fan!,” Spurs team manager Thabiso ‘Shooz’ Mekuto said in a video message on the club’s official Twitter page.

“You will be the 12th man on the field, you will be the most important signing that we are making for the season. As Cape Town Spurs we have dedicated this jersey which you can have your own personalised name at the back with No.12 on it which symbolises your access to all our home matches.

“You know how important you are as a fan to us so we are showing our bit, show yours  by ordering the shirt online now.”
